How to Brew (Hot)

Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil (100°C/212°F).

Place 1 pyramid teabag per cup (7–9oz / 200–260ml).

Cover and steep for 3–5 minutes (longer for a stronger brew).
Tip: Brew longer and use more tea for maximum antioxidant benefit.
How to Brew (Iced)
