How to Brew (Hot)

1. Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil (100°C/212°F).

2. Place 1 pyramid teabag per cup (7–9oz / 200–260ml).

3. Cover and steep for 3–5 minutes (longer for a stronger brew).

Tip: Brew longer and use more tea for maximum antioxidant benefit.

How to Brew (Iced)

1. Place 1 teabag per serving in your teapot.

2. Pour boiling water (6–7oz / 170–200ml per serving).

3. Steep for 5 minutes.

4. Pour over ice into a 12oz glass. Sweeten and add lemon to taste.
